Since the opening of the TWA hotel I really wanted to go check it out, and last week I had an amazing day of experiences with Michael Kors celebrating the brand’s new collection in this iconic hotel! Those who live or are in New York on a tour, it’s worth spending an afternoon there!

For the main event, I chose a suit with the brand’s Monogram, with an oversized blazer that I love!

For the occasion, I opted for a gorgeous strapless midi length MK floral print dress. The floral came back stronger than ever in their new collection and will take over next season and you all know that I loveee it, right ?! The coolest thing about this piece is that I was able to wear it in two “versions”. When I went to the store to choose which look I would wear to the event, we took advantage of it and took some photos with a simpler footprint, a cleaner makeup and a more bare hairstyle. As for the party, I put on a more glamorous style with accessories and more elaborate beauty – I love versatile pieces, they allow me to create different looks for each occasion. I wore a look in earthy tones with suede shorts and a lightly printed top. For my feet I wore yellow pity toe pumps which looked incredible with the cinnamon tone ensemble. I finalized the look with black sunglasses and a burgundy purse. Take a look:

After Tory I went to check out Diesel’s show which brought a summer full of black and white. I really loved the geometric prints, the white dresses, and of course the light blue skirts. Super cool and urban!

I wore a monochrome look in shades of lavender-blue. I chose a blazer with shorts and a knit sleeveless top tucked in. For shoes I went with metallic navy blue sandals and a multi-color purse. This was one of my favorite looks of the week!

I also attended Michael Kors’s show, which I never miss!!! The collection came with so much contrasting colors. I loved the vibrant blues and reds in dresses, but my favorite look was the super maxi shirt with the yellow skirt. So many slits in dresses and skirts, I love itttt!

I chose a classic and sophisticated all black look from the MK collection. I went with a “boxy” top with details on the sleeves and cropped trousers. To finalize, I wore statement sandals.

To finish the day in the best way, I did meditation! Haha. It was my first time, and Kelly was very special because she showed me how much meditation is incredible for our health, how much it is good, especially for me which I have such a busy life. I loved it and I have been trying to meditate daily! If you like the subject, I want to make a post giving more details, how it really is and ho it works  (because I didn’t really understand it much before this experience), and I can also talk about some of the benefits of meditation.
