It’s been amazing to spend a few summer days here and the pieces from Max Mara’s new collection reflect this environment: they are refined, full of attitude, but at the same time flowy and relaxed. The color palette is also impeccable, with neutral colors such as beige, cream, white and black, contrasting with shades of burgundy, red and guava pink tones.

The choice of the location is inspired by the short stories “Local Color” by writer Truman Capote. “The symbols of Capote’s narrative are his ‘swans’, beautiful women who led a glamorous life in search of perfection,” explains the brand. Oh, and the collection is also named after the stories, which now translates the current ‘swans’: modern, hard-working, but equally glamorous women. Totally cool, right?

In addition, the key pieces of Max Mara’s new collection include dresses, coats and light oversized shirts, with straight cuts and precious details, such as slits, collars and ruffles.

To honor this beautiful fashion show, I was inspired by everything that the collection translates, with a total white look, very light and comfortable. I wore a button-down shirt with a deep V-neck and puffy sleeves and and very comfortable yet chic flared pants. And of course, to bring out the oversized side of the collection, I chose a knit midi vest to throw over the shirt. Do you like it?

For this year, I chose an all checkered look, which was one of the trends that I liked the most in the last show. To compose the look I used carrot checkered pants, with a transparent sleeveless T-shirt and the famous Dior top/bra, also in plaid. I also wore two strong continuous trends, which is the fanny pack and the “fisherman’s hat” that didn’t like before, but now I love it! Haha! I can talk a little more about this trend in another post if you want.

The show was beautiful, the black color undoubtedly had a strong presence, but I loved it because I paid more attention to the details of the clothes than to the color and textures. I am a fan of Maria Grazia, for creating wonderful pieces, but also for always empowering women in her shows and in her pieces.

This look I wore in Paris to watch Jaquecmus fashion show – a fairly new designer who is already making the biggest success! His pieces have a young and sensual footprint, with a lot of slit, transparency and mini length. The summer collection reminded me a lot of Noronha and of course I’m already wanting everything! Haha. The designer not only nails it with clothes, but also has  beautiful accessories.

For this look, I wore a collection by him from the last show of the Fall/Winter collection. A top with cuts and a low neckline and the skirt with a maxi-slit on the side. That perfect look to go out when you feel like showing off your legs.

For my look, I bet on pieces with earthy tones, which is super a trend for autumn. You can go all out in flowy dresses with boots  this season, it will look super stylish and is a simple and easy to create ensemble. To break the more “fresh” vibe, I finalized with a leather trench coat that gave more strength to the look. Check it out:

And as always Coach impressed us all in it’s runway show! Each season the brand manages to repaginate and surpass its previous collection and for summer 2019, it was no different! For the new collection the brand brought references to the western style, with a touch of streetwear. Flowy textiles are also present bringing the boho style repaginated to the modern woman. I started the look with the GORGEOUS short coat, in navy tweed with white. With that will to wear a more casual chic look, I matched it with a pair of shorted jeans and pointy toe patent leather boots! I finalized with a hat and a maxi bag (trend that is making a comeback this season – you can bet on this new shape)!

The show, as always, was beautiful! The runway was in full autumn climate, with an imaginary forest covered with trees, mosses and leaves. The Winter 2018 collection of the French maison presented incredible looks with covers, shawls, puffy jackets and maxi tweed coats. The touch of color was on account of the pink, red and orange silk scarves. The accessories have already entered my wishlist: metallic boots and maxi bags – which promise to become must haves of the season.

The look that I wore to watch the Balmain show, I opted for a stunning iridescent silver jumpsuit by the brand with a more structured shoulder. My makeup was classic with wing liner and nude lipstick and for the hair I went for a wet hairstyle, following the futuristic flow of the look. Check it out:

The Balmain show was beautiful and proved that the metallic trend really came back with full force! The futuristic atmosphere was very present in the show, in addition, Balmain also brought jeans and iridescent as protagonists in their wonderful looks. I want it all! Haha.

I still have a few looks from Paris Haute Couture that I want to share with you guys! Today’s post is with a kind of look that I love, super feminine and romantic, which I wore to Valentino’s show! I chose a pink silk dress in a more straight shape yet flowy and super sophisticated with a knee high length. I finalized with clean metallic sandals and an embroidered bag that brings lots of information to the ensemble.

To watch the Spring/Summer show,  I chose a monochrome look with a shirt and a midi skirt, both in the same fabric with mixtures of textures – lace and ruffles – there’s no way it could get any more feminine than that, right?! I wore white pointy toe mules and  a sachet purse also in blue to leave the look harmonious. Check it out:

Elie Saab brought the Summer 2018 collection inspired by the Amazon, with a color card prevalent in green, yellow and blue that presented a tropical show full of precious details. It’s festive fashion evokes the natural diversity in embroidered and printed by foliage looks, palm leaves, and python textures. Take a look at some of my favorite looks:

During NYFW I wore a full nude look for a lunch I had with the beauty brand By Terry. I chose a chamois overalls in a super modern and cool cut. I wore a sleeveless turtleneck underneath and finalized the ensemble with pointy toe boots (also in nude) which elongated the legs and a trunk bag in animal print. Check it out:
