While in Brazil the hottest seasons are coming up, autumn has already arrived here in the United States and looks are beginning to change to ensembles with more layers and less skin showing. However, for this year no need to bet only on somber colors; gray and black are getting sidetracked and the colorful shades take over the street style outfits. We’ve already seen in this post that the tangerine color is on the rise and now it’s time for the green, more precisely the light green/pistachio/mint to hit the spotlight.

For being a shade that is not seen much in looks of the day, you might think this is a color that’s hard to match in ensembles, but the light shades makes it easy, and best of all, it’s versatile and there’s no right or wrong when it comes to putting together a look. They are back: Coturnos

É oficial os coturnos serão os sapatos queridinhos da próxima estação. Há quem ame e quem odeie, porém uma coisa não podemos negar, esse tipo de calçado, apesar de ser marcante no look, é mega versátil e cai bem em diversos tipos de ocasiões e estilos. O modelo é ultra glam, garante um toque sexy despojado e ainda é possível apostar no par para usar em um look boho, minimalista, básico e até no girlie, se equilibrado com peças românticas. O mais legal é que esse é aquele tipo de calçado que nunca sai de moda, por isso, se você gosta dos coturnos invista em um modelo que você ame, afinal com certeza você usará por anos.

Eu amo esses modelos de salto alto e com acabamento metálico para usar em um look noturno. Já os flats fazem mais parte dos meus looks do dia a dia, ou até mesmo, são perfeitos para usar em viagens, afinal eles são grandes aliados para garantir produções estilosas e com toque de personalidade sem esforço.

Look: An Autumn Afternoon

Autumn is such an inspiring season, the best part about living in Boston is that we get to see the transitions of the seasons and Fall is definitely one of the most beautiful!

Today’s post is to show the look I wore yesterday afternoon, I had to photograph it. I loved the look but the background was what stole the show! Haha.

I put together a look that is so me, feminine and romantic, yet super modern! Cropped black high waist trousers with an off white flowy blouse with maxi sleeves. I finalized with gorgeous braided sandals and a mini purse. Check it out:
